What this does?
Alters modem profile to "Generic"
removes auto APN
Essential Step - APN must be correct
SDX62 - RM520N-GL
command A: AT+QMBNCFG="AutoSel",0
command B: AT+QMBNCFG="Deactivate"
command C: AT+QMBNCFG="Select", "ROW_Generic_3GPP_PTCRB_GCF"
second command will not prompt ok
