Recent T-Mobile Home Internet User here. Impressed with T-Mobile's service introduced in my area at the end of last year. NOT impressed with their Gateways. Not unfamiliar with the offerings on the market for other gateway solutions and found Chester Repairs units to be highly recommended and can't agree more. Went with the Encore model as I didn't need aggressive CA, but to "tune" band locking to get better Upload speeds for monitoring Security Cameras at a remote site. With the Sagemcom Fast 5688W Gateway, upload speeds were all over the place, but normally averaged 4-6 Mbps. After installing the Encore and band locking, I'm keeping a consistent 30 Mbps. I have a Home Assistant install at the location graphing it every 30 minutes. Haven't had to use Tech Support yet, but seeing others replies, I know its there if I need it. Thanks Chester!
Was looking for a solution to being terribly deprioritized during the busiest hours of the day on my Verizon home internet modem was surprised to see equal if not a little better speeds from the home Internet modem versus the regular 5G Android phone although the pings were lowest on the Verizon phone this was accomplished when the SnowBirds left town.I have read all issues of the guide from the website I navigate the menu is easily even with the one typographical error congratulations on your interface and your modem is the same one in my Motorola 5G phone currently, it makes it easy to do testing yourself the same modems doing the testing
the product is great but the customer experience is even better, highly recommend it
