I have had T Mobile Home internet for over 3 years with no issues UNTIL they went to 5G stand alone. I started watching YouTube videos by Natertater and discovered Chester Tech repairs that Nate praised. The praise was NOT unfounded! Alfredo has the patience of a saint and his products , are without question, the best. I purchased his Ninja POE ,modem only, not a router, for my T Mobile system which raised my speeds from 300 to over 600 mbps down and from 8mbps to 35 mbps up. I had requested he set the unit up for T-Mobile which he did ,and when I received the unit it was basically plug and play. The next day or so I had a few questions which Alfredo answered on his chat page in no time flat. He was very informative and stayed with me until all questions were resolved which is unheard of in today's fast paced world. The unit itself now comes with a GUI which allows the modem software to be used very easily and efficiently. I can't praise Chester Tech Repairs and Alfredo enough. Sure you maybe able to obtain a unit possibly cheaper, but keep in mind the old saying "you get what you pay for" AND what you get with Chester Tech Repairs is an excellent product and top notch customer service. I was sick of my tmobile home internet G4AR modem, I even got the little external antenna that tmobile will sell you. No matter what I did I would consistently get VERY poor speeds of ~50/1 and occasionally good speeds of 200/10. I started searching for better options. I was intrigued by Nater Tater's recommendations of chester tech repair products on youtube, so I bit the bullet. I purchased the Ninja modem since I didn't need any WIFI capabilities because I use an Asus AImesh system. The Ninja is a very unassuming little box, and once I installed it, I still didn't have great speeds. I reached out to the online chat on chester tech repairs. I won't bore you with all the details of what tweaking Alfredo did while connecting to my Ninja modem remotely, but I reached out to him about 5 different times over the last 2 weeks ( I live at a location that has more than a few challenges, some caused by tmobile, some caused by geography ) Alfredo was definitely up to the task and he was able to identify some issues in the settings that needed to be customized based on my specific situation. The modem has settled in delivering a very reliable internet connection. I now am getting consistently 200-400 down and 15-22 up. I am very happy that I I found such a great modem with awesome tech support!
5 star products, webpage needs to be improved , little confusing but they have products works with t-mobile in bridge mode flawlessly. Thank you for fast shipping and wonderful product
Alfredo spent over an hour setting up my new modem connected to a waveform antenna. He tweaked the setting to improve my download from 40mbs to over 350 and my upload from 2 or less to 28mbs. Would recommend this product and service to anyone using tmobile gateway.
So ip pass through and tail scale isn't simple if your not network savvy.....i work with robotics and know programming but this thing kicked my butt... I let Alfredo remote connect to my PC and he handled it. Got fastest speeds ever 700-750 down and 50 up...i was getting around 450-500 down and 25 up with the original cheetah.... And not even 200 down and 10 up with t Mobile equipment. No external antenna, just mounted it up in attic powered with Poe injector. Approaching gigabit speeds where i live was only a dream..... Now it's close to reality! Thanks Alfredo!
