Extremely happy with how the modem performs. Getting 600mb+ download and 20mb+ upload consistently on a t mobile tablet plan. Alfredo was able to remote into my router to help me troubleshoot some problems. Has been running perfectly since. Have this modem connected to my Flint 2 router and could not be happier with it.
This man has helped me through so many changes with our setup at any time of day! I can't thank him enough and telling all my friends about his customer services and his product TRULY NEXT LEVEL! Every product I get from this guy just plugs in a JUST WORKS! If something changes in my setup I can get it working in just a few mouse clicks. Don't walk RUN to this guy if you need a ROCK SOLID machine to work with all the carriers without having to do too much programming.
