I had a last minute need for a wi-fi set up and the Chester Tech Team made it happen! I used the online chat, my questions were answered quickly so (@12:47pm EST) I placed my order including the Concierge Service and overnight delivery. I was extremely pleased to receive the modem with the T-Mobile Sim card all set up and ready to use the next day. 👍
Since I requested this service, my device booted up within a minute or two the first time, and immediately connected to the SIM and worked without me doing anything. It's legit!
Within minutes of ordering the concierge service, I got an email. I related all questions and requested via email and got lightning fast response. The only thing faster would have been text, but only slightly. Merchandise and customer service are top tier.
With standard antennas runs on par with a brand new s23fe has better stability and control with band selection giving it the edge over the phone.
